KUALA LUMPUR: The Communications and Multimedia Ministry together with CyberSecurity Malaysia are working to develop the National Digital Citizenship Initiative (NDCI) framework to promote ethical behaviour, good values and accountability in the use of digital technology.
Its Deputy Minister Eddin Syazlee Shith said the framework would be based on the Rukun Negara as a fundamental principle of implementing the initiative for Internet users towards regulating themselves to be ethical digital citizens. — Bernama
