KUCHING: Sarawak recorded four more Covid-19 person-under-investigation (PUI) cases today, bringing the cumulative figure to 124 cases in the state since Jan 10.

According to a statement from the State Disaster Management Committee, three Malaysians are currently under observation at the Sarawak General Hospital, together with one Chinese national at Miri Hospital.

Of the 124, 117 cases have been tested negative for the contagious virus in the state, while six are awaiting laboratory test results.

The Health Department had screened 15,158 arrivals to the state yesterday, with a total of 249,809 screened since Feb 1.
