KOTA KINABALU: Sabah still remains free of Covid-19.

According to information shared on the Health and People’s Wellbeing Ministry’s WhatsApp group, 160 cases of person under investigation (PUI) have been recorded until March 11.

They consist of people from China, Malaysia, Philippines, Jordan, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Korea, Hong Kong and Indonesia ranging from two years old to 69 years old, where a total of 128 samples were collected from them.

All the samples showed no sign of the Covid-19 virus.

It was also mentioned that some of the cases did not have their samples collected because they did not fulfill the criteria of PUI Covid-19.

The notice also indicated that on March 9, a sample was received from Keningau and on March 10, three samples were also received from Kota Kinabalu.

All the samples were negative of Covid-19.
