KUCHING: Sarawak Energy Berhad (SEB) will temporarily close all its customer service counters during this Movement Control Order (MCO) period until further notice to help the government mitigate the spread of Covid-19.

Nevertheless, critical function teams, which includes the technical team, remain in operation to ensure the lights stays on for all customers.

SEB is encouraging customers to use online services by downloading the ‘SEB cares’ mobile application (available in the Play Store or App Store) or via https://sebcares.sarawakenergy.com.my/ for bill payment, to view bills or to report any technical issue and make enquiries.

Payment of bills can also be done via other online platforms such as online banking, Sarawak Pay, Boost and JomPay.
