DBKU officers making their rounds distributing notices to roadside stall operators this morning.
KUCHING: Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) is ordering the closure of all roadside stalls and home tuck shops in compliance with the Local Government and Housing ministry’s directive in letter headed MLGH/PH/21JLD 7 (20) dated Mar 20.
As such, DBKU officers went around Petra Jaya, Kampung Semarang, Jalan Astana, Kampung Pulo Ulu, Kampung Pulo, Kampung Bintawa and Jalan Merdeka this morning, to distribute the notices to the operators to shut down their businesses until further notice.
This was done in light of the Movement Control Order which is in effect from Mar 18 to 31, during which the public is not allowed to leave their homes unless necessary.
