250 DIY face shields donated to frontliners

250 pieces of DIY face shield handed over to Hospital Wanita dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah.

KOTA KINABALU: The number of Covid-19 cases has increased tremendously, JCI Kota Kinabalu has getting alert from the Health Ministry’s announcement regarding shortage of medical supplies and equipment.

As a result, it is difficult for medical frontliners to continue their services towards the patients and community.

JCI Kota Kinabalu is concerned about medical frontliners’ protection.

Therefore, JCI Kota Kinabalu donated 250 pieces of DIY face shield to Hospital Wanita dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah. Its purpose is to ensure the frontliners can prevent themselves from the virus.

“Instead of sit-back and relax, we JCI Kota Kinabalu would like to take a move and contribute to the frontliners. We believe action speaks louder than words.
