KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) will resume operations, including installation and restoration services nationwide, beginning this Tuesday.

TM, in a statement on Friday, said the move, however, would exclude its outlets located in the areas currently placed under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO).

A total of 182 TMpoint outlets across the country, except those located in the EMCO areas, would resume operations on the same date.

“The operations will resume by implementing safety protocols in accordance with guidelines set by the Ministry of Health (MoH), National Security Council (MKN) and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

“The scope of work at TMpoint outlets has been revised according to the standard operating hours – five days a week from 8.30am to 4pm during Ramadan, and from 9am to 5.30pm after Ramadan, and subject to the additional regulations outlined by the respective state governments,” the statement said. — Bernama
