KOTA KINABALU: Sugut assemblyman Datuk James Ratib is expected to announce his position in the state government and Upko at a press conference this morning.
James and his Upko colleague, Kuala Penyu assemblyman Datuk Limus Jury, were absent from a meeting with Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal last week .
