MIRI: Pantai Bayu Indah Sdn Bhd has implemented a parking system for the convenience of visitors at Miri Times Square.
According to its press statement yesterday, this would ease insufficient car parking bays in the city centre for a reasonable fee which maybe chargeable in the future.
An additional 360 surface car parking bays will be completed soon bringing the total to 2,000 bays, way above the requirement by authorities.
Completed in early 2018, Miri Times Square has become a popular spot for food and beverage offering local and international cuisine with excellent coffee shops and bakeries.
Its community centered design with ample amenities has attracted key financial institutions, service and convenience providers as well as artisanal F&B outlets to champion a multifaceted, community-centric lifestyle and the new Central Business District here.
Comprehensive cleaning initiatives and proactive measures undertaken by the developer has seen quick rebound in customer traffic as businesses reopen in Miri Times Square.
