SARIKEI: Health Clinics in the Division have been provided with hand phones to ensure optimum compliance to the new normal standard operating procedure (SOP) by the public requiring its services
According to a statement issued by Sarikei Health Office, patients are required to make appointment for treatment.
For Out-patient Department (OPD)of Sarikei Health Clinic, call 019-8341077 or 019-8761077; Maternity and Child Health (019-4891077) and Pharmacy (013-8164088).
Contact numbers for Bintangor Health Clinic are 013-8321086 and 019-8141086 for OPD; 013-3711086 (MCH) and 013-8821076 for Pharmacy Unit.
For the time being, Julau and Pakan Health Clinics have not been provided with hand phones to facilitate implementation of the new SOP, the statement added.
The statement further clarified that the hand phone numbers for Sarikei Health Clinic, Bintangor Health Clinic and Julau and Pakan Health Clinic as reported in this paper yesterday were incorrect.
It added that 019-6038360, 019-6039365 and 0196039593 are contact numbers for Contagious Diseases Operation Room of Sarikei District Health Office, Meradong District Health Office and Julau/Pakan District Health Office respectively.
