Sabah tycoon’s son found dead in house

KOTA KINABALU: The son of a prominent Sabah businessman was found dead in his house in Luyang, here on Wednesday.

Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Hazani Ghazali said early  investigation did not find any foul play in the case.

“We are waiting for the full report of the post-mortem,” he said on Thursday.

Police however declined to reveal the man’s identity.

The deceased, believed in his early 40s, was found dead by a family member around 6pm on June 9 and immediately alerted the authority.

He is believed to be the second son of a business tycoon involved in various businesses including shipping, transportation and hotel.
