KUCHING (June 21): Kota Samarahan Municipal Council (MPKS) has withdrawn its Google Form for those living in the residential areas of Samarahan to sign up for Covid-19 vaccination at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas).
MPKS chairman Datuk Peter Minos said the council has discovered the form was misused with the likely intention to confuse the public.
“MPKS is not amused and not pleased with those who frustrated MPKS’ good intention to help out with the government’s vaccination exercise, which is very good and noble,” he said in a statement.
As of today, Minos said the council had received 68,423 forms for Covid-19 vaccination at Unimas.
He added the forms are being processed before being submitted to the university for further action.
