KUALA LUMPUR: Vivo has unveiled the latest smartphone under the Y series – the Vivo Y12A which is now available in Malaysia.
The Vivo Y12A comes with a 5,000mAh massive battery and AI Dual Camera supported by a wide range of features designed for everyday shooting.
Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor and coupled with 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM, the Vivo Y12A boasts a 5,000mAh battery that is supported by AI power-saving technology, allowing users to enjoy a full day usage of up to 17.4 hours of online HD movie streaming, or 10.2 hours of resource-intensive gameplay with a full single charge.
The device is also engineered with 5V/1A reverse charging feature that functions as a mobile power bank to charge other devices.
The Vivo Y12A also features a 6.51-inch Halo FullView Display with HD+ (1600×720) resolution. This allows users to indulge in a wide and immersive view for both videos and games. Its Eye Protection Mode display filters out harmful blue light to prevent eye strain, allowing users to tune into their favourite dramas on the expansive display.
Additionally, the Vivo Y12A comes with Vivo’s Side-Mounted Fingerprint Scanner design that integrates the fingerprint scanner with the power button, allowing users to power on and unlock the phone at the same time.
This design adds to the Vivo Y12A sleek and classy look, while ensuring a near effortless user interaction. The time it takes to unlock from a bright screen is at a staggering speed of 0.26 seconds.
The Vivo Y12A is also packed with Vivo’s exclusive Multi-Turbo 3.0 function that optimises core scenes to reduce shuttering and lag in games.
The feature is engineered to allocate and prioritise CPU and internal storage resources to provide users with a smooth experience with multiple applications running simultaneously in the background.
Priced at RM529, the sleek and classy Vivo Y12A comes in two colours – Phantom Black and Mint Green.
The Vivo Y12A also highlights Vivo’s iManager function that assists users in managing and cleaning up their phones with ease, including protecting their phones from malware and viruses.
