MIRI (May 14): Senadin Service Centre has opened a two-day counter at Emart Tudan to help members of the public check their Bantuan Keluarga Malaysia (BKM) application.

Apart from checking their application, workers at the counter can also help those whose applications have been rejected, to appeal.

According to Senadin assemblyman Dato Sri Lee Kim Shin, members of the public who want to check their BKM application or want to make an appeal are welcome to visit the counter.

“The counter will be there for two days until tomorrow (Saturday). After that, those who still need our assistance to make their BKM appeal can come directly to my service centre in Permyjaya.

“Bring along your MyKad and our staff will do the checking for you,” he said when met at the centre yesterday.

Lee, who is also Minister for Transport, added that the BKM appeal could be made until the closing date on June 2.

The counter opens from 10am to 4pm during the two days.
