KUCHING (July 20): The Tabuan Jaya Health Clinic is expected to operate at full capacity in the near future as its medical team settles into its workflow following the commencement of the new clinic’s services, said Kuching South mayor Dato Wee Hong Seng.
Speaking after visiting the clinic on its first day of operations on Monday, he said he was encouraged by the smooth delivery of healthcare services and took the opportunity to meet doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other personnel.
“I am pleased to see that the clinic is well organised with patient registration, consultation and pharmacy service operating efficiently on its first day,” he said in a statement.
Wee congratulated the healthcare team on the smooth start to operations, commending their teamwork and professionalism in ensuring quality service delivery.
He also thanked the medical personnel for their dedication and commitment to serving the community.
Wee appealed to members of the public to be patient during the clinic’s initial days of operation, noting that minor adjustments are to be expected as services are fine-tuned.
“Like any newly opened healthcare facility, there may be minor adjustments during the initial stages.
“However, I am confident the dedicated medical team will quickly settle into their routines, and the clinic will soon be operating at full capacity to provide efficient and quality healthcare services to the community,” he added.
