KUCHING: Miri emerged as the biggest winner in the Sarawak Schools Sports Council (MSSS) Volleyball Championships in Mukah recently.
They bagged the Girls’ Under-18, Boys’ Under-12, Girls’ Under-12 titles but a clean sweep was foiled when they finished second in the Boys’ Under-18 competition after losing 2-3 to Limbang in the final.
Miri have 17 players who have been selected to represent the state at the Malaysian Schools Sports Council (MSSM) meet in Negeri Sembilan from March 19-24.
