KUCHING: MJC City Development Sdn Bhd (MJC City) is introducing its One Residency gated and guarded homes within the Batu Kawah New Township area.

In its press statement, MJC City said the homes were designed with both security and lifestyle features in mind and focused primarily on the needs of the family-oriented homebuyer.
The terrace homes within the One Residency community now had more than 60 proud owners, amongst them five foreign families.
For peace of mind, One Residency units came with a 24-hour security guardhouse, with intercom systems linked to each of the homes within the community. Moreover, the vehicle card access system, CCTVs and high perimeter fencing around the enclave should alleviate security concerns.
In addition, it also incorporated a private clubhouse for the exclusive use of its residents and valid guests in addition to swimming pools to spruce up the lifestyles of the One Residency community.
Some of the variants of the homes available include the Townvillas and two-storey conventional terrace houses. Patrons can also opt for the Courtyard Villas and SuperLink Villas.
Customers interested to own a One Residency unit could visit MJC City’s sales gallery this weekend (January 15 to 16). The sales gallery would be open from 9am to 5pm on Saturday, January 15 and 10am to 5pm on Sunday, January 16.
They would also enjoy a discount of 15 per cent and free legal fees and disbursement for the sales and purchase agreement this weekend.
