NEW DELHI: Mother Earth’s 7 billionth baby girl was born in Mall block of Lucknow in northern India at 07:20 am (0450 GMT) on Monday Oct 31. She is the daughter of Vineeta and Ajay, and has been named Nargis, reported local Times of India electronic edition.
