SIBU: The Sibu Division Singles Open and Lawn Tennis Championship for Under-10 will take place at the Bukit Lima Tennis Courts on Sept 27 and 28.
10 players will be contesting in each category.
Sibu Division Lawn Tennis Association (SDLTA) first vice president Simon Tiong said the tournament aimed at tapping talent to beef up its dwindling squad.
Outstanding players below the age of 10 will be picked to represent Sibu for the state Under-10 championship in Miri in November.
