First runner-up was Sim Chek Peng from Bintulu with second runner-up Mohd Kamarul Jam Jam from Limbang.
The Tamiya Mini4WD Semi Speed Challenge was organised by E-Toys Permyjaya.
“We appreciate the participation especially those who came from far to join the event to make it a success,” said organising chairman Mon Wong.
He said the event attracted many shoppers and exposed the public to Tamiya toys’ hobby.
Some 20 challengers participated in the toys’ speed race.
Furthermore, Wong said they would continue to hold this kind of event so that more people from different ages, backgrounds and countries could come together to challenge themselves.
The event was an avenue for Tamiya toys enthusiasts to gather and share their hobby.
