SANTUBONG: It was a festive Hari Raya open house hosted by Datuk Hanifah Taib-Alsree and her husband Datuk Syed Ahmad Alwee Alsree at their beach residence in Pasir Pandak near here yesterday.
Guests comprising relatives, friends, locals from nearby villages, as well as staff members of Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd, Cats FM and Tunku Putra School, began arriving at around 10am.
Hanifah’s father Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud and his wife Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Raghad Kurdi Taib also joined the festivities.
The distinguished couple received a warm welcome from the hosts and other guests.
