SIBU: Sibu Division Archery Association (SDAA) will stage its in-house archery shootout today at Sibu Archery Centre with the objective of promoting the game of archery among the locals.
A spokesman for the organising committee Eric Tiong said it is a quarterly event of SDAA. He said competitors may start warming up practice at 6.30pm before the elimination round, which will be followed by the match round.
Meanwhile, Tiong said SDAA will hold a course for state judges on Aug 30 and 31.
The course, from 8am to 5pm, is open to all at a fee of RM130.
