KOTA KINABALU: Parti Warisan Sabah (Warisan) vice-president Datuk Peter Anthony has been ordered to present himself at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters at Putrajaya on Wednesday to facilitate investigation on an undisclosed case.

“Today, I have been called to facilitate investigations but I was not informed of what the investigation is about.

“However, the officers have informed me that I have been issued with a warrant to be at the MACC headquarters in Kuala Lumpur tomorrow (Wednesday),” the 46-year-old said when met by reporters at the MACC headquarters in Kota Kinabalu earlier today.

He spent almost half an hour in the headquarters and he was accompanied by counsel Martin Tommy.

When asked to further comment on the details of the investigation, Peter reiterated that the officers have not yet informed him.

Peter will present himself at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya at 8.30am tomorrow.

In October, he was arrested as part of MACC’s probe into the mishandling of funds for federal projects in Sabah.
