KUALA LUMPUR: The participants have more than doubled for AIA Bhd (AIA) Malaysia’s Healthiest Workplace Summit 2018, indicating that Corporate Malaysia is growing more aware about improving their workplaces for their employees.
At the summit held recently, 15 companies were named winners of the second Malaysia’s Healthiest Workplace awards by AIA.
The companies were recognised for their respective efforts in promoting workplace health and creating a healthy environment for their employees.
Winners were identified based on the Malaysia’s Healthiest Workplace 2018 survey in which these companies participated. Carried out by AIA in partnership with RAND Europe and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, this comprehensive science-backed study polled a total of 117 companies of small, medium and large sizes located in urban areas across Malaysia and 11,551 employees between May and July 2018 to gather insights on workplace health and wellbeing.
According to AIA, this year’s participants have more than doubled from last year’s, indicating Corporate Malaysia’s growing interest to find out where they stand, as well as their commitment to providing a better workplace for their employees.
