BINTULU (Nov 15): A team from the Jepak service centre here conducted a site inspection for the road and drainage upgrading works at Rumah Ramlee, Jalan Kuala Tatau on Wednesday.
The improvements to the infrastructure at the longhouse and its surrounding areas is an initiative under Jepak assemblyman Iskandar Turkee’s Rural Transformation Programme (RTP) project, according to the team’s representative Samsuri Nahrawi.
“This project will not only enhance basic facilities in this area but will also benefit the community, as well as the area’s development and progress.We are committed to ensuring the smooth implementation of this project for the benefit of the people,” he said.
Accompanying the team during the site inspection were personnel from relevant government departments.
